I Am Murloc

"I Am Murloc" is the second song by the fictional band Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain (abbreviated as "L70ETC" in-game)—who are currently known as Elite Tauren Chieftain—comprised of employees of Blizzard Entertainment. It made its live debut on July 16, 2007 at the year's annual Blizzcon. The song "appears" on the band's fictional 2007 album, Udder Chaos, and appeared in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on June 26, 2008 as free downloadable content for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This version is also featured on-disc in the Official Xbox Magazine Demo Disc #89 issue for Xbox 360, which also includes the demo version of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith.

"I Am Murloc" was written about the glorification of the titular Murloc race, of the Warcraft universe. On June 29, 2008 at the Worldwide Invitational in Paris, France, the band performed a slightly modified version including a chorus in French, ending with "Je suis Murloc" (literally "I am Murloc").
