I Don't Wanna Stop is the 21st song in Guitar Hero: On Tour and said to be the hardest song in the game. The two words "high" and "masturbation" are censored.
Star Power paths
The best path is to use Star Power in Chorus 1 and Tear It Up!!! which is the solo. There are 5 star power phrases after Chorus 1 so you should be able to get Full Star Power in time for the solo. The solo is short but has 179 notes about 7 notes per second.
Walkthrough
The song is somewhat simple at the beginning, but the solo (Tear It Up!!!) is extremely difficult, and is strongly recommended for Star Power to be used at that point. The choruses is confusing, with few Hammer Ons and Pull Offs, but the solo is around 98% Hammer Ons and Pull Offs.
