I Wanna Rock -- by Twisted Sister | |

Tier: 3 |
I Wanna Rock is a song that is one of the harder songs of the game. It is one of the only Master Tracks of the game. It is performed by Twisted Sister. A cover version like the other songs in Rock the 80's is used.
Despite the fact it seems like an easy song compared to the 2nd encore in the game, Because It's Midnite, it's solo can throw you off and may be difficult to be passed without star power. The solo is also much longer then Because It's Midnite's, which is 13 seconds.
It is one of the two songs in the game not based off its master track coming from the 80's, with the other being Because It's Midnite, which was released in 2003, parodying older 1980's glam bands. The version of I Wanna Rock in the game is a re-recording specifically made for it.
The song uses the original version in Guitar Hero: Smash Hits.
Everyone shouts "Rock!" when "I Wanna Rock" or "Rock!" is sung!
