- "Paradise Inferno" is the only on-disc custom song in Guitar Hero: Smash Hits with the artist name under Beenox, the developer of Guitar Hero: Smash Hits. The other on-disc custom songs in Smash Hits were composed by Isaac Sprintis, a film, television, and video game music composer.
- This is also the only on-disc custom song in Guitar Hero: Smash Hits that uses Rhythm Guitar for the Guitar part and the only one not to have a set genre.
- This is one of two on-disc custom songs in Guitar Hero: Smash Hits using the "Horror Monkey" graphic art as its custom art (unedited) with the other being "Purple Sun". "KingGonzo" also uses the "Horror Monkey" graphics but is the only one unedited and uses other graphics.
