Pro Face-Off is a type of multiplayer mode in which both players play the same song and try to get a higher score. In place of the Rock Meter, a new meter sits in the middle of the screen. The needle points to the player who has a higher score at the time. Pro Face-Off made its first appearance in Guitar Hero II.
