Recording Studio is the thirteenth venue in Guitar Hero World Tour, and the third optional venue ($2000). It's probably the venue you'll see the most, as it also appears in the Music Studio (the jamming recording mode in it is referred to as Recording Studio), Practice mode, and the tutorials.

This venue is not available in Career on PlayStation 2—but is playable when playing custom songs in the Music Studio—and is replaced with a second gig at Will Heilm's Keep as the third purchasable gig for $2000 with similar setlists.

The Recording Studio is a non-Career venue in Guitar Hero: Metallica, serving as "Metallica's personal studio". It is used in Practice mode, Tutorials, and in the Music Studio (mode not available on PlayStation 2), but songs completed in Career (excluding The Forum venue songs) can also use this venue. This venue contains no audience.
