Thick Izzy has two meanings for him.
Background[]
He is known as the giagantic being in the background of Lou's Inferno, sitting on a throne behind the drummer. He smashes a hammer on the ground when the rock meter is green. Although, on some occasions, his arm and his hammer may get out of sync, i.e. his hammer actually hitting the ground may not be in sync with when he swings his arm. When the rock meter is red he will sit back in his throne and lean his head on his hand, and when it is yellow he will look back and forth though the stage. His name is a reference to famous Irish rock band Thin Lizzy.
